Pink Rose and Purple Khanna Scarf
A true Laotian classic! This lovely Khanna scarf is handwoven from a mixture of fine silks. The purple and pink rose striping adds a playfulness that can be dressed up or down.
Overall, the weavers of Ock Pop Tok utilize a variety of materials, including silk, cotton and hemp, incorporating four traditional techniques--Kit (continuous supplementary weft), Chok (noncontinuous supplementary weft), Matmee (Ikat weft) and namlai (tapestry).
Please note this is original handmade folk art, so there might be slight variations in appearance than the item pictured.
The scarf measures approximately 68" long by 22" wide.
